THE BEVERAGE DRINKS PROCESSING MACHINE

CHAPTER THREE: PROJECT ONE

The Beverage Drinks Processing Machine

So this machine was actually the very first fully integrated 3D model of a machine I ever drew. It was given as my project on completion of my 3-4month training classes on AutoCAD; a project in fulfillment for a certificate of proficiency or mastery of AutoCAD.  It is a replica of the Automated Grain Drinks processing machine model, published in the ResearchGate online journal by I.M. Gana, A. Gbabo, P.A. Idah, and Anuonye Julian.

After 2weeks of intensive analysis and drawing, I was able to come up with the model, earning a Distinction in my certificate. I posted the drawings on GRABCAD COMMUNITY, an online CAD interactive platform where I belonged; and has since had about 122 downloads.

A Brief on the Machine

The Beverages/Grain Drinks machine basically uses a combination of electric motors and an automated control system/programme timer, to integrate several operations such as blending of soaked grains, mixing the slurry with water, extraction of the aqueous liquid and expelling of the paste output, all done in one go. It can be used in the production of soya milk, chocolate drinks, tiger nut drinks, and a host of other beverages.

Below are some realistic and conceptual isometric views of the machine.
